ROSALIND thought she had her summer planned out. It was going to be her last summer before college and she was going to spend it with her sisters and her boyfriend. Until the waters get muddied. Now she's single, at the weirdest summer camp she's ever heard of, and discovering that she may have more power than she ever could have thought.

RACHEL was fine. She'd gotten her powers back, and was looking forward to a summer of spending time with her friends, when the Penderwicks arrive and there's just something about Jane...

And then there comes a letter from someone who knew their mother, years and years ago. A secret is uncovered (and Jeffrey is phoned up, but that's nothing new, is it?) and the girls' lives are twisted and turned around as they embark on a somewhat unprecedented to New York.
