Jace Bells is a transgender guy, when he came out, he begged his parents to send him to a new school, they did. At his new school, he's Jace Bells a normal, 16 year old, guy, at his old school, he's Jessica Bells, that girl that looks like a dude.

Jace is happy, comfortable, and confident at this new school, until Mike Decker transferred into Jace's school. Mike was friends with Jessica, but she's dead. Now Jace has to make sure Mike doesn't out him to the school, but also try to get Mike to accept Jace as who he is.

It's just who he is. Alec Walker is a whole other story, however. He is very basic, brown hair, hazel eyes, all-black attire, and he is well-known throughout the school but he doesn't consider himself to be one of the popular kids. He loves skateboarding and singing, has good grades. There's nothing overly unique about him- except his voice could make angels swoon. Both boys are different but not so different that you'd think they would dislike each other. Well, you would be wrong. They hate each other with burning passions. Sorry- hate is a strong word. They loathe each other with deep burning passions. Jace thinks Alec is a jackass know-it-all because that's how he comes off to a lot of people until you get to know him, and Alec thinks Jace is annoying with how he presents himself. Those seem like small things that could be easily overcome, however it's also their encounters in the halls or in classes that cause problems. By now it's just mutual hate that both boys are too stubborn to give up. But when one day they get news that seems like the end of the world... it turns out to be the best thing that has happened to both of them. Not at first, but with time. Read to find out what happens! (Also- it is a mystery to even me how long this story will be. I'll be posting chapters as I finish and we'll see how long it turns out to be. It could be my shortest with like four chapters, or my longest with thirty or more. You never know. I hope you enjoy it though!)
