Ravenna Thorne has attended Hogwarts and been best friends with Harry, Ron and Hermione since year one, but one night in their sixth year, before Dumbledore died, she disappeared. Now three years later, 18 year old Ravenna and the others return to Hogwarts for an extra year of studying to make up for the year of the Great War. She must explain what happened and what she has become now, for she is no ordinary witch. Various people want her dead and it is up to her to survive, but that mission is sidetracked when she becomes attracted to a certain blonde haired boy.
