Peter Parker has nothing left. He lost everything he loved. His parents died in a plane crash. His uncle was shot by a mugger he could've stopped. His aunt was killed and erased from this world because of his own incompetence. And to put a cherry on top of all of that he lost his home.
Yes, Peter Parker aka your friendly neighborhood Spider-Man, the lokal menace, is homeless.
He tries his best to find enough food to not collapse, because without the possibility to go to college (because he has already finished school early so he isn't actually a dropout) he has more time to be Spider-Man, but that also requires energy.
But the Avengers are there to safe the day! Because even a fellow hero sometimes needs help, right?
Wishful thinking. Maybe they WOULD help a fellow hero. The only problem? They don't think of Spider-Man as such. They think of him more like a menace. So instead of helping him... they hunt him.

When the rain falls
After Peter had been bitten by a spider and the death of his Uncle Ben, Peter became Spider-man. Living with his Aunt May, going to high school as a sophomore and at night saving the people of Queens from Robberies, Kidnappings and some of Spider-mans enemies. One day Peter comes home to see his Aunt May shot and killed just like his Uncle Ben. Peter was then taken to an Orphanage where he was neglected by the care takers only a few kids try to help him make it through his time in the Orphanage. But sadly over the time of three months Peter slowly stopped talking, the schools therapist that was in charged of helping Peter to talk again. Tony and Pepper are wanting to adopt a kid thinking that having a kid will help keep the other's from having another 'Civil war' issue. So that is what they did, going to the closest Orphanage in Queens. When they first lay their eyes on Peter they knew that he was special and that he was the one. Everything was going great but all good things must come to an end. Will Peter make it out of his depressed state or will he be forever lost in his depression. Pain. That was all he knew now. Peter Parker had gotten over the fact that he would never be normal. The whole accords situation, vulture. It was all too much and had started to get to him. (book 1) y/n stark is really not here for this european school vacation because in this post-endgame world, she's mourning the loss of her dad. but one (1) sticky boi peter parker is just trying to be the friend he once was while also trying not to flirt too much because if she rejects him (which she wouldn't, not that he knows that) while they're in venice holy hell he'll just pitch himself off the gondola right then and there. basically, y/n has been distancing herself & peter misses her & this school trip is a great way for him to coax her back into the real world & y/n really loves peter but is super sensitive and scared to lose him & also mysterio shows up at some point ugh @ nick fury leave ned leeds alone *this story was written prior to avengers: infinity war & spider-man: far from home coming out. therefore, the canon in which these characters live in is different from the mcu. in this canon - tony stark, captain america, & thor have all died. black widow & vision have survived. the decimation, where half the population was snapped from existence was erased with time travel so those who were snapped came back within online minutes, leaving some residual trauma. in this canon, those who survived the decimation only lived six months without those who were snapped, but those six months have been erased - leaving only the avengers to fully remember what happened.Complete
