Hello, my name is Bernadette, but my friends call me Birdie. Or, they would, if I had any friends. I've been a major nerd my whole life, with disapproving parents, family and friends. My dad is always away working and my mom's a drunk. Woo-hoo, go me. My mom's decided to move me to a doctor facility, she thinks something's wrong with me. No surprise there.
I don't think the place is exactly what it advertises itself as. It's background is too clean and I'd never heard of it until a few months ago. Nobody leaves there. At least, during the day.
She says I'm just being paranoid because of my anxiety. But I doubt she even remembers yesterday...
