Liam Park was a Korean immigrant who had lived in the U.S. since he was eight years old. At the age of 21, he had enlisted in the Korean Navy due to his required enlistment because he was still a Korean citizen. Around two years later, a family tragedy struck when his mother passed away in the states. He wanted to be closer to his dad and siblings, so he moved back to Korea. He had learned a lot while serving in the Navy and he felt they would help him as a bodyguard, so he decided to give that a try. He joined a bodyguard agency and thrived from there, through the next six years, he became a top-ranking bodyguard and one of the most wanted in his field. He worked nonstop to cope with the pain of his mother's death. He was wounded but he didn't let it show. Will he find someone that can heal him just as much as he protects them?
