Los jóvenes y niños en la actualidad prefieren las actividades que no requieren esfuerzo físico, como juegos por internet (video juegos) y aunque este tipo de actividades permite desarrollar habilidades, los juegos de mesa contribuyen con la SOCIALIZACIÓN EN FAMILIA ya que hay una interacción importante que implica comunicación, expresar sentimientos y enfrentarse a situaciones de triunfo o de fracaso.

Hay que rescatar los JUEGOS DE MESA, para reducir un poco la dependencia de los juegos electrónicos que, así como tienen ventajas, también tienen grandes desventajas para la salud, ya que nuestras acciones son fortalecidas mediante aspectos motivacionales intrínsecos e incentivos provenientes del ENTORNO EN AMBIENTES REALES y no virtuales.

El juego de mesa DIMENSIONES MENTALES permite el conocimiento del entorno, potencia la imaginación y la creatividad permitiendo adquirir agilidad del pensamiento.
Se trata de un juego divertido que tiene 39 casillas a recorrer y 8 fichas. Se juega con dos fichas y un dado. Pueden jugar hasta 4 competidores(as) y todos los jugadores (as) salen en sentido contrario. 
Se da comienzo al juego con el jugador que saque el número más pequeño y continua el turno el siguiente jugador(a) de derecha a izquierda.	El jugador(a) debe hacerlo mediante 2 lanzamientos. 
Lo pueden jugar todos en casa IMPRIMIENDO EL TABLERO y pegándolo en un cartón o tabla. TAMBIÉN DIBUJÁNDOLO EN UNA HOJA CUADRICULADA Y COLOREÁNDOLO.All Rights Reserved
