Daliah Ethans used to be a normal 17-year-old. She liked reading books, flirting with guys, and hanging out with her friends. All of this changed, however, when the anhydrous virus hit, and everyone evacuated into colder climates since the virus couldn't survive there.
The anhydrous was a virus that killed everyone who was older than 23 years.
Daliah's life was ruined by the anhydrous. It took her parents, it took her home, it took everything she had, and made her move to the North where she would live out her days in the Conservatory. Daliah's life was pretty decent at the Conservatory, though the place was more or less a prison, it kept them safe. Then one night, she had a dream, or more of a memory per se, that she had blocked out of her head for the past two years. That dream had reminded her of something, and it made Daliah sure of one thing:
She had to get out.
With the help of her two friends, Aster and Clover, the trio set off on a journey, away from the Conservatory, to figure out what this dream meant to Daliah and along the way discover the truth about the anhydrous and much more.

Welcome to Evergreen
During winter break, a retreat welcomes 20 students from a nearby city school into Evergreen, a small friendly mountain town known for it's scenic views and cozy inns sought after for the vacation vibe. Welcomed to take part in a retreat promoting mindfulness and self-growth, the students on this trip find this as the opportunity to do everything but that. On a hike, a group of students wander out to a nearby grotto where they discover a plethora of flowers. Entranced by their beauty, they decide to take some back with them. Within hours of this event, one of their chaperones falls ill. She becomes extremely irritable and erratic with everyone she encounters in town. Soon enough, other townspeople begin to fall ill with similar symptoms and this sends a wave of panic over the town and its inhabitants. The local sheriff decides to place a quarantine on the town to avoid new people from becoming affected and preventing those who are ill from leaving and possibly spreading the mysterious malady. It seems no one from the outside world is aware of what is happening and because people are succumbing to this mysterious ailment, there is no one making it down the mountain safe enough to reach someone for help. In the news, a huge storm is forecasted, thus the kids must decide whether to forge their potential fate or take the trip down.

But when she discovered Ren, her little brother who has the Hanahaki disease. She race along with the clock to save her sibling from dying. Can Leah save her brother in time before it's too late? Caleb Rose-brown: He is dating the popular girl, Aisha Coles. He is athlete, but he loves doing math and science. He is best friends with Ren Greens and Leah Greens before. But since his schedule is so mess up, he spend less and less time with them as usual. But when he discover Ren's secret, will he save them in time or let Ren died? Aisha Coles: She is the popular girl at school, but she has a secret. She likes girls, but her parents forced her to date Caleb Rose-Brown. She is forced to mean to Ren Greens because her parents want her to be perfect. She is Ren's rival, well, they used to be friends before all this happened. The Prophecy

Before she can even recover from the shock, she's thrust into a war that she hadn't even known existed. Loyalties will be tested. She'll have to choose sides between all of the people she's come to care about. Will she stand with her family, her new friends, or the two boys who both hold a piece of her heart?
