the new republic, a peaceful democracy, with brave people, but is held back by corrupt officials, bureaucracy, bickering senators, and a pacifistic government

the home defenders, a collection of worlds led by the mandalorians, tired of being subjected, abused, and used by whatever government happens to be there for the past centuries, and only wish to live their lives and keep their cultures

but there are others, wanting nothing to do with the major factions, but are being impacted any way.

like the bounty hunters guild, skilled men and women who take on dangerous tasks, but the character of their clients cant always be assured

the moon runners, a collection of criminals, thieves, smugglers, and slavers, working against the system(s) to make a credit, often at the expense of others
