Thirteen year old Li'Laia Yushun just moved from New Jersey all the way to a Southern California. She's really bummed about the move at first until she meets Ava and Brooke Wolfe, two well known kids around the neighborhood. One evening, the three of them walked to the beach together alone. It was supposed to be a relaxing, get-to-know-each-other thing, but quickly turned into much more, something that changed their lives forever. Now they share one big secret, a secret of the sea.
