Kai likes Lloyd. In a romantic way. But he's worried Lloyd doesn't feel the same way. Kai just can't muster up the courage to tell Lloyd how he truly feels.
Lloyd likes Kai the same way, but he's also too shy. He doesn't think Kai feels the same way. He is scared to tell Kai under the fear he'll be rejected.
Meanwhile, Ninjago City is under attack, and saving it all depends on Kai and Lloyd's affection. Can Kai and Lloyd confess in time to save Ninjago City?

Please don't read this. It's not an accurate judge of my writing skill. This is one of the first stories I ever wrote on Wattpad, so not only is the grammar horrid, but the plot is messy and slow, and it really just makes no sense. (May have huge gaps between upload times but this story will be finished, that I can promise) Everyone thinks of Kai as a selfish person who puts himself before others and many other negative things. As Kai's time as a ninja, he always heard these comments and he couldn't do anything about it so he has to bottle his feelings whenever people say this. One day when he was on a mission with Cole to save some adventurous that got stuck in a narrow cave a disaster struck on Kai. After the mission Cole got all the thanks and Kai got none, Cole was the only one who truly understood what happened. Kai gets sick of how he is being treated and leaves to have a walk to take his mind off of things... but then he meets someone he didn't expect to meet...
