After the Uchiha massacre, it was thought that there were only two remaining Uchihas being Itachi and Sasuke Uchiha. But unknown to them, there was one more Uchiha in the world, a true prodigy that is stronger than all of them.
A saying that she always keeps in mind when in battle is what keeps her alive.

Having been gifted with intelligence and skills that are beyond jounin level, Reina vows to use these gifts given to her from the heavens for the good of her village even if everything else is sacrificed.
(May change things as I write this...gonna make sure to not make them too OP)
(P.S.- It's Sasuke X Reina due to there being an arranged marriage between them in the Uchiha clan. It's visible that Sasuke loves Reina and Reina will also love him later on in the story but until then she puts her feelings aside. - You could say they share a special bond starting from the beginning of the story. Sasuke won't know about the arranged marriage until his fight with Itachi.)
