Aspen wasn't a greedy person. All she wanted was for her boyfriend, Charles, to propose to her, Charles' mom to like her, and to be able to enjoy her mundane life in peace.

Of course, life doesn't always go the way we want it to.

The day starts completely normal. Aspen and Charles go to his mother's house for dinner, where Aspen once again feels like the odd man out.

She expected Charles' mother to make backhanded remarks, but she didn't expect to see Charles rip his sister's arm off with his teeth.

THIS STORY DOES NOT HAVE A COVER : so if you're good at making them, please submit one!! you will get credit in this description and the first chapter of the book.

THIS STORY IS NOT COMPLETE : I know where I want this story to go, but it's not pre-written and completely susceptible to change.

THIS STORY IS COPYRIGHTED : like most books on wattpad, this one belongs completely to its author (me).

THIS STORY'S UPDATES : will either be fast or slow, but entirely dependent on the community's interaction. if I feel like there's not a lot of people interested I will probably stop updating frequently. soooo if you stumble upon this book and it says it was last updated months ago -- don't worry! a simple vote or comment to say "hey! someone wants to see how this thing ends!" is enough motivation for me to write.
