Eras come and go they are changing, and with that change comes the light of a new dawn. However in this world that dawn will never come as the races fear that if they move out of the shadows of ignorance then chaos will stalk the land.
The fanatic world of dimessa is inhabited by beings of all sorts humans and supernaturals such as vampires werewolves witches wizards goblins fairy's. After what is remembered as the millennium of death, the races agreed on who rules which part of the lands. Soon a dark era arose and the ideas of enlightenment had been forbidden. But on the mist of this ignorance rose era city the centre of learning, imagination and creation. But like all good things it was soon corrupted and so began the wars in which three vampires emerged and now their lives would never again be as simple.
Morgan, Alfie and milo were simple vampires who lived a simple life but that wars along time ago now they are traitors hunted down every waking minute, their fates are soon to be sealed and if they cannot escape the darkness rising will soon cover the land.

A few dark sabbatical years between university studies mark the past of Timothy, who has a few more memories, of a few more things, than he knows what to do with. Lavender however is blissfully oblivious of her friend's suspicions and thinks she is losing her mind with vivid nightmares and huge gaps in her memory. Valentina, meanwhile, would be happy with just one recovered memory. She would love to know how she became tattooed, or even just what the Chinese character on her ankle means. But, as some of her friends know, the price of that one memory might be set higher than she is willing to pay. (There are some ethically interesting choices from the main characters, thus the mature rating. But nothing graficly shocking should be included, just a couple of murders discussed that could absolutely not be avoided.) (All characters are strictly fictional. I feel this should be highlighted, for while inspiration is always tied to the outer world, imagination composes a story out of it and colors the outcome with dreams and nightmares.) She had many. As if she'd live a thousand lives at once. The hard part was discerning which world this would be. She didn't want to do random research. She wanted to be surprised. Her current world was a Dual World, meaning it had people known in different television series, movies, or books. This world wasn't just witches, vampires, and werewolves. There were also Magicians along with everything they came with.
