I couldn't comprehend what I was witnessing. One second, there was a man in front of me with dark, unruly hair and broad shoulders covered by an old skier's jacket. I saw old men wear them at the ski lodge all the time during weekend escapades.
The next second, a bear stood in his place. Then, the bear reared up on its hind legs, standing taller than any man could ever dream, and let loose a roar.
I wanted to run. I wanted to scream. I knew I was in danger and yet I couldn't move a muscle. I had escaped one beast only to fall into the clutches of another.

Kelvin was hunted by scary nightmares throughout his whole life but what could be scarier than to discover that the nightmares are actually his reality, not just that but he also has a destiny to fulfill. ******************************************** EXCERPT His mind was awoke but not his body, it looked like he was having sleep paralysis but deep inside he was struggling for his life. The same frequent nightmare. He was back in the familiar forest, all the settings were same but today was different. Kelvin was on his heels while the beast after him. He had seen the beast set a local hut that obviously had people inside it on fire, the agonizing cries filled the forest hunting his sanity and before long blood started oozing out of the hut. Kelvin was so frightened that he couldn't help a scream escaping his mouth and that's how the beast noticed him. The run was long and torturous for Kelvin, for reasons he can't tell his body was heavy and difficult to move and the creature was getting closer with each passing seconds. They continued racing racing until Kelvin lost it, he halted to catch his breath but then he saw the same creature in his front with an evil smirk on its face showing his big fangs, his elongated nails were dripping with blood. " No matter how long you run, you can't run away from me. It's your destiny that I shall destroy you and then there will be no more prophecy! The beast continued with a smirk as he comes closer bit by bit. The moment Kelvin tried to run again it stretched his hand and grabbed his shoulder pinching him with the sharp nails... Part Of The Wild
I pull my canteen out and take a swig of my hot cider letting it warm my body, but got interrupted by my sister shouting at me over the wind. "Can you take a picture of me? I have to post it to my followers when we get back down the mountain!" I roll my eyes and turn towards her, I don't even have to say anything to her, because she knows i'll always take photos for her as annoying as she may be. I peel off my mittens and feel the harsh wind eat away at my bare fingers. I stuff them in my bag, before I grab her phone and start backing up to get a better angle of her. She stands by the edge of the cliff and poses. I snap a few photos then flip the camera to take a few selfies with her in the background, even with her words of protest. I walk up to her at the edge, feeling the snow crunch under my boots, and hand her phone back. I then swing my rucksack around to the front of me, get on my knees and start to dig around for my mittens. I suddenly feel the ground shake under me. Before I could even stand up fully, the snow under my legs crumble before my eyes. Holy fuck. The snow is coming loose and is avalanching. I already feel my body fall backwards as the ground under me disappears. I look up at my sister whose face has morphed into shock. My body feels as light as a feather. This is the end for me I know it. I brace my self for deadly impact, but it never comes.. A bright light flashes as everything around me goes white. I wake up to be laying in soft snow with my rucksack on top of me. My head spun as I sat up. I look around and all I see are large trees. In fact, these trees look larger than any i've ever seen in my life, which includes the ones on Animal Planet. Where the hell am I? I look up at the sky and I see two suns? Did I get a concussion? I sense him before I see him but carry on with folding the washing. "I see you found me." I say loud enough for him to hear. I feel him walking towards me. The Beast and His Tamer
Well, this wasn't exactly what Sebastian thought he was going to have to deal with when he came to this forest. He was looking for a werebear that had lost its mind somewhere out here. But now he seemed to stumble upon a werewolf instead. He must have been in really bad shape to be that far gone. He was glad that he had found the right song to sooth and calm him. Now that the beast's rage was gone, it was slowly transforming into a human form. He hadn't really dealt with werewolves that much. They usually knew how to handle themselves and conduct themselves accordingly with society. It made this one all the stranger of an experience. "It's okay, buddy," he pet its head. "You're alright now. Rest your head and know that you are safe." The beast's head was resting on his lap as he hummed softly at it. Petting ever so gently right between his ears, he watched as the beast relaxed, slowly turning into the human form that was connected to it. The face took the longest to shift, but the man looked so peaceful when Sebastian was able to see it. And then he saw the rest of the man that was laying partly on top of him. Oh no. He forgot that they aren't clothed when they shifted. A blush came to his cheeks as he forced his eyes to stay on the man's face. Dammit all.
