The year is 2038, 19 years after the pandemic. Everyone thought the pandemic would end eventually, return to your normal life. Well, in a way it did end, just not the way we expected. About two years into the pandemic, everything went to shit. Majority of the stores closed down, governments were slowly being destroyed, and people were being killed left and right. This was it, this was the apocalypse.
