Mei is a demon from hell. She was re-born there ever since she died as a young child. In the footsteps, of her hell mom, she inherits her items and belongs. Including a cult.

The kit is just your average stoner, and a serial killer with a giant heart. If he had to choose between weed or a stable grasp on life, weed will be chosen. He just kills for the thrill of it, but apologizes to the already dead bodies of his victims.
