He always wanted to make a change in the city but didn't know how to or where to start, but what Kai didn't know that he was no ordinary child , he was capable of many things that humans shouldn't be able to do, but he had to find that out on his own, He fights for the city knowing that no one else will do it . it will not be easy. if the government were to every find out about Kai, there is no telling what they will do.
