She was happy for him but she didn't feel like an active contributor in his life anymore; she was proud of him but she felt like a fan and not his girlfriend; and she wanted to be with him to catch up with his life and simply talk about the dumbest of things. Arguably, one can say that she became incredibly confused, but Wang He Di didn't. While she chose to walk away, he planted his feet solid on the ground, never fading away, citing love as the only reason why he still remained.
