My little angel~

Izumi Yagi is a free spirited little girl who is best friends with Kacchan. One day when shes 3 her family and kacchan decided they wanted to go to the beach. On their way to the beach a villain attack happens and Izumi is unfortunately caught up in the attack and dies.

While shes dead and in heaven she talks to someone or something who is later known as pheonix. Pheonix gives her the powers of an angel and some extras.

This is the story of hiw she becomes the greatest hero in the world.
