ALL CHARACTERS (BESIDES MY OWN I HAVE CREATED) BELONG TO SEGA! 

If you don't read the comics, you might be confused as to what's going on in this story I'm creating. In the most recent comics, a virus outbreak created by Dr. Robotnik has spread rapidly throughout Mobius. The urgency to contain the virus is at an all-time high and the tension between friends is heated. I highly recommend reading it before diving into this! But otherwise, enjoy it! ^^ Also, I will be adding characters from different things so just a little heads up! 

As Dr. Robotnik hides away from what he has done, Sonic and his friends struggle to find a way to cure the Metal Virus. It is spreading rapidly and a single touch can infect you. Sonic and the Freedom Fighters have come up with a plan to stop the virus, but how can Sonic stop the virus if he is infected too? As they continue with their plans, they meet an unlikely ally to fight alongside them. Who knows?  Maybe this person will help them finally put an end to this evil plan.

Summary: In the midst of the battle, Sonic calls upon Silver and Shadow to help him defeat their enemy. The seven chaos emeralds are there and react to two of them but one hedgehog finds themselves in quite the predicament. He doesn't glow, instead he is driven to his knees in agony facing demons like no other before. A darkness is coming to all the zones and our heroes are left questioning the past, present and future. Allies like no other come from afar as our heroes are forced through painful paths to save their home. After sixteen years, Mephiles has returned. Darker and more power hungry...after failing to defeat and kill Shadow, Sonic and the rest of the gang, he Is going to make sure he gets what he wants this time, by using the power of the chaos emeralds,He infects Shadow with a rabies like disease, called Muskiomal which makes Shadow a ruthless cannabalsitic killer at nightfall. Not only does Mephiles turn Shadow into a killer hedgehog, he forces him to take out revenge on not only on on Mobians but the entire universe as well. But only Amy Rose is aware of Shadow's illness after witnessing Shadow consuming human and Mobian remains behind a restaurant dumpster. Amy vows to keep Shadow's condition a secret not only for the safety of Sonic and the gang but for the universe...but if G.U.N finds out the ultimate life form and their top agent as dangerous... it could result in him being held captive, being detained against his will and experimented on as long as possible. Despite the life threatening situation, Shadow and Amy's connection grows closer and closer which ultimately leads to them having an affair which eventually leads them to being together, much to the disdain of not only Sonic, but to the entire group, unfortunately, it later becomes a weakness which will give Mephiles a possible one up against the team Will Amy and the rest of the crew find a cure for Shadow's condition or will he forever be Mephiles' murderous puppet?
