"Holy shit guys," Anne said in a low tone, "I still cannot believe we were able to graduate last month."

"You already said that a thousand times Anne. Try saying that again one more time and this whole thing will be a fluke tomorrow." Jess answered jokingly.
-
Anne graduated from senior year a few months ago. She was going to college with her two best friends and everything was going well with her dad. Ever since her mom died last year, she and her dad were trying to pick up the pieces of what's left of them.

Everything was perfect until she wakes up one morning to find her dead mom alive, her best friend still doesn't have a boyfriend and also the fact that she has to start senior year all over again. It was crap from then on.

Will she change the future? Do things differently or keep it the same way as it was before?

Ironic considering her brother was renowned around the town of Derry for his rebelliousness. But there was absolutely no doubt that the younger sibling of the two was a loser. No one wanted to be her friend in fear that she was just as bitchy as her brother, no boy wanted to be on the receiving end of a protective threat from Henry Bowers and in between making sure she lived through the day and avoiding unwanted confrontation, Amanda didn't do too well in school. The future didn't look bright. Yet she had cursed herself with the hope that one day, outside of Derry, she could make something of herself. Big dreams and a big heart would make a big success. And although everyone around her told her it was impossible, a group of friends she miraculously made over the summer had great expectations for her. However, these friendships are put to the test and threatened when a horror from the sewers of Derry unleashes itself on the town during the summer that Amanda had planned to spend lazily reading books all the time. The holidays turned out to be much more eventful than she had originally planned. Stanley Uris x Female OC IT 2017

"The moon's really beautiful, if you think about it," I blurted. "Yeah?" he asked, mild amusement and curiosity mingling in his voice. "Yeah," I confirmed. "It's just- there's something about the moon that's ethereal. I don't really know how to describe it, but it's a constant in life. You can't always see it, but you have to trust that it's out there somewhere. And when you can see it, it's all bright and shiny and overcomes the darkness." I paused, searching for the right words. "I don't know. I guess it's a reminder that there are good things out there, even if you can't see them... And it's cool to think that someone hundreds of miles away is staring at the exact same moon as you. It makes me feel not so alone in life." Turning my head, I saw him staring at me intently with a thoughtful look on his face. "Too deep for a Friday night?" I laughed nervously, feeling my face grow hot. And this was precisely why I didn't go to parties. He shook his head and seemed to snap out of his daze. "It was deep in a good way." *** SHE was quiet & left out. A brother and a sister. One is the captain of the hockey team in a small town while the other aspires to be the best figure skater out there. But what happens when they cross paths after a year of being apart, and everything has changed. One doesn't want to be seen by the other, rather wanting to leave the small town for bigger opportunities and the other has lost their aspirations to be the best figure skater, rather wanting to be on the ice hockey team. Everyone thought that nothing could come between the two of them, but maybe there is more to their story. Maybe they both have secrets they have been hiding for so long that they don't even know the truth. But what happens if it isn't all about how they have changed and grown apart and that someone else was involved? No one knows the truth, but maybe by adding the bad boy's, The Armani's, to the table will bring someone down, or someone else up. Just bring the grandchildren of a designer together and see what happens. See who breaks first. See who messes with the Lauren's first. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- "I don't know who you are anymore" "I trusted you. For the past 4 years that little girl has had me wrapped around her finger and I wouldn't have it any other way. Unfortunately I got stuck in traffic on the way over so I'm late for pick up. Once I get to Melanie's classroom I fill out the sign out sheet that's on the wall and make my way into the classroom. I faintly hear Melanie laughing so I know she's not upset from me being late. "Hey I'm so sorry. I got stuck in traff..." I said stopping mid sentence, stunned at the woman in front of me. Standing in front of me is someone I considered one of the most important people to me back in highschool. As soon as I looked into those Caribbean blue that I used to know so well, I knew it was her. It takes her a few seconds to realize who I am. She stands there stunned. We continue to stare at each other until she breaks the silence. "Josh?" She asks not believing it's actually me. "Hey Katie girl." I had been second best all my life. But this time, when it comes to her, I'm not willing to accept defeat. I'll do whatever it takes to get her to choose me. *** Having a best friend that was wildly popular, and one of the best hockey players in the United American Hockey League, was both a curse and a blessing. On the plus side, I got to play hockey with my best friend, and there was never a shortage of beautiful girls. At least there wasn't until Nash decided to man up and tell his childhood friend that he'd always loved her. The bad part was that I usually ended up being second best. In my late teens and early twenties I hadn't cared that I wasn't picked in the first round of the draft, or that sponsors chose Nash ahead of me, or even if I ended up with a girl who didn't really want me for me. I made a nice living playing hockey. I had a few good friends and a nice place to live in the middle of Manhattan. Despite not being the best, I'd made most of my dreams come true and it was a far stretch from the lonely kid I'd been growing up in the rural Midwest. I was happy. I was content. Until her.... It's not like I didn't want what Nash had. I did. I do. Who doesn't want a happily ever after? It's just that I've never taken the risk and allowed a woman to see past my defenses before, to see the real me, with my baggage and all my insecurities... until now. As scary as that is in itself, what makes it complicated is that my new roommate, Jackson - who I offered my spare bedroom to a while back when he needed a place to stay - and Bryce - one of my friends and teammates- also seem to have an interest in her... the woman who has me questioning all my decisions. The thing is... I'm pretty sure I'm not willing to be a second choice this time around...

"So all I'm hearing is that I'm winning," I said, smiling at him. "Is everything a competition with you? I'm just trying to live here." "There are two types of people: life's winners and life's losers. I've been a loser for way too long now, and no one's going to stop me from evening the score." He shook his head. "You've lost a few games, metaphorically. That doesn't make you a loser." "That sounds like loser talk. And trust me, without me, you'd be losing everything." "I've been saying that for years, and you're just now beginning to believe it?" "Viktor, I've always known it, but that's what I'm trying to fix. We're going to be winners together, you and me, and whoever stands in our way is about to get steamrolled. Maybe I'm a bitch, but fuck it. I'm going to be the winningest bitch you've ever known." Amanda Jayne has goals, many goals, but most of them revolve around getting her close friend Viktor to score enough of them to get drafted into the NHL. After her graduation from Madison High, she has her sight set on Winterview University, the only college to accept her given her disciplinary record. But it also happens to be the school of her dreams, because of a promise she made to Viktor once upon a time. But when unforeseen changes are thrown at Amanda and her loved ones, how is she going to make those goals fit into the new circumstances? *COMPLETED* Cover by @HerCrystalHart
