In this fan fiction Bucky wasn't captured by Hydra in the first avenger but Peggy was. Making Peggy be injected by the serum. Peggy was on the ship with Steve and they defeated the red skull together. Making Peggy and Steve stuck in the ice together. They woke up in present time (like steve did in the first avenger) so all of the mcu characters are there. Hope this makes sense! :) and yes this is a Peter Parker x Reader fan fic! :) oh and you are Peggy and Steve's daughter! :)
