When she was 6 years old Lucy Roseshade was left at the steps of the Ottawa Institute, with only an envelope with her birth information it was a mystery.
Raised by the Ashgrays, the family in charge of the Institute, Lucy grew up with no memory of the past. The only thing they know if that she was a nephilim raised in the human world for 6 years.
10 years later, Lucy wants answers. She will embark on a journey with her parabatai; Matteo Ashgray, to uncover the mysteries of her past.
And of course to find answers.

The young shadowhunter Aleksa Monteverde, called Leksi, finds herself in the academy in Idris after her parabatai Annabeth Kingsmill was killed by a demon. She gets to know the kind Blake Pangborn with whom she gets along pretty well and they immediately become friends. But next to Blake there is a mysterious boy named Elijah Blackthorn who seems to hate everything and everybody. Stuck between a friend and a love interest, Aleksa is confronted with even greater problems. The Council brings the charge against her, that she wasn't present, when Annabeth Kingsmill died. They blame Aleksa for her death. While Aleksa tries everything to get over the loss of her parabatai and to get back to the institute in Montreal, she has to struggle with the Council and them wanting her to visit the City of Bones until the hearing. But her new won friends help her and Aleksa soon finds out the real reason she was held out of the investigations considering Annabeth's death and sent to Idris. The story takes place in an imagined academy, mentioned in the TMI books by Cassie. Since I love academies I had to write about a story happening here. But the story also sets in various places over the world and reunites some familiar places from the TMI books with new impressions. New characters are introduced and also some old and well-known characters will appear during the happenings.Complete

Anna is shy bullied nerd Anna knows how to fight since she was 15, she got tired of getting beat up, so she wants to defend herself against people and her bullies. She has a flexible body, and that does have its perks with her body. It has been 3 years since her father died and she couldn't do it anymore. Anna still loved playing the piano, guitar and all the instruments and she can sing, she can sing well, but she will never sing or okay with her instruments till now she started a band again and played with a shocked look from the downloaders.
