Ten suicidal people participate in a social experiment. Who'll they kill first, themselves or the others? *** "We are all sick in the head here. You can be suicidal . . . and a psychopath at the same time." Why would you want assisted suicide when you can just kill yourself? That's one of the questions Doctor Clate tells Liliana, an eighteen-year-old girl who is also suicidal and wants nothing but to die. But there is a reason that prevents her from doing that-her mother. A social experiment was offered to her as a participant. Her main motivation, the money involved if she survives, the deal she has with Doctor Clate that she'll undergo physician-assisted suicide without psychological treatment or medication, and will lie about the cause of her death so her mother wouldn't know. But the experiment is full of betrayals, lies, and illegal actions. It consists of accusations, blaming, upsetting accidents, suicides, agonizing screams, death, fear, and injustices. "She is a parasite. A monster who fed on her own blood just to breathe." Bago pa man isilang ang magkapatid, Tamaki was already a devourer. Driven by a mother's twisted grief, a dark ritual was performed amidst the roaring flames of their burning home. Ang kapatid niyang dapat ay matagal na sanang patay ay muling nabuhay. ..Hindi bilang tao, kundi bilang isang demonyong nakabaon sa balat niya Now, years later, the silence is breaking. It starts with an anonymous message. A distorted audio file send to her phone where the static bleeds into a warped nursery rhyme, a digital lullaby clawing its way out of hell. Tamaki wants to believe it is a sick university prank, until the first video arrives. She watches in paralyzed horror as her classmate's body detonates like a human grenade. Ang laman at durog na buto, tumalsik sa lens ng camera gaya ng basang pintura. This happened because he attempted to block the sender, delete the thread, and ignore the audio. Driven by pure terror, napilitang magtipon si Tamaki at ang iilang estudyante sa isang abandonadong platform. With their lives held hostage by a screen, wala silang choice kundi sumakay sa isang tren na walang hintong bumabagtas sa gitna ng kawalan. Hindi iyon ordinaryong byahe; it's a death loop. Trapped inside the suffocating cabin, Tamaki is caught between two predators: One man is a martyr, a soul ready to bleed just to keep her breathing. The other is a sociopath who sees the mounting corpses as a red carpet leading to his prize. With zero empathy, he would gladly watch the world burn just to claim her among the ruins. As the body count rises, the monster rooted in her spine grows stronger. Every death is a meal. Every scream is a symphony. Tamaki must decide: Will she stop the massacre and let the demon consume her instead? Or will she feed her sister until there is nothing left of her own humanity?
