A Battle of Wits and Savagery

This story is based off a dream I had, where I was on a compound with a rather strange and elusive serial killer was taking people out left and right. Eventually I discovered that my friend (no one I can identify) and I were his next targets. This will be a more detailed version of what I remember before I woke up.
