Meet city girl Adria Mitchell. Her father's new job takes them from NYC down to a small city in Florida called Edgewater. She meets Christian Vale, a boy who's lived in this small town his whole life. They become best friends. Suddenly, halfway through the school year, the school holds a talent show. Both have secret hopes of entering, but you have to have a partner. At the last minute for auditions, Christian and Adria realize they could sing together, no questions asked. Neither has heard the other's voice but put all trust and hopes of winning in each other.
