Haruta can be quite annoying sometimes, especially if he wants something. This time, he wants to hear the Story of how the commander of the 16th Division became a member of the Whitebeard Pirates. So, Izou gives in and tells Haruta her Story.
(Note: This plays WAY BEFORE we knew anything about Izou. I wrote this back in school, around 2017/2018 and only revised it a bit.)
