Human society has been shut down, not allowed to go outside without lethal risk. However, not many know that since the disappearance of human activity, the natural world has flourished once again. Pockets of nature are the safest and nonlethal to humans but everyone just wants their cities and lifestyles back. 
Not Manu Pollen. He thrives being the wilderness, he absolutely adores being immersed in Mother Nature. 
Aidan Baker, Beta to a local WereWolf pack that are expanding their range due to more growth in nature and less threat of human/hunter conflict. 
He is trying to find his mate in the process of expansion along with his Alpha, Chris, is his best friend and they do everything they can to protect each other and their pack. 
When these two cross paths, Manu must learn the WereWolf world that was hidden from him and Aidan must understand the vulnerability he's putting Manu in by having him constantly go outside.
