The kids of the kids who destroyed the Neverseen live a normal life. Going to Foxfire as level twos, ability testing. Love triangles. Its all normal until Adaline finds some old scrolls belonging to her mother Sophie that lead her and her friends to an abandoned Neverseen hideout.
One problem. It wasn't abandoned. There was remnants of a fire and food that was fresh. The group finds out the Neverseen has secretly been operating all this time, waiting to make their move and waiting to get stronger than ever. The kids can't exactly tell anyone because they broke the law in getting the scroll and leaving the Lost Cities.
