Barley and Ian Lightfoot have just begun Tooniversity and Barley seems to have a crush on a certain ice queen named Elsa. Leo the ninja turtle somehow does not approve since he was crushing on Elsa first. When Leo hears a mysterious voice in the middle of the night, he follows it toward Hades gang of Disney Villains. Trying to defeat them, he fails. But when he strikes a deal with the devil to kill Barley and win back his love for Elsa, Hades gang has other plans. Now Hades gang is trying to take away Elsa's powers and use them for evil to take over Tooniversity. It's up to Leo and Barley to work together and save Elsa from harm.
