When Jeremy comes home to find his girlfriend dead, his world is ruined. He has lost the great love of his life, but a stranger taunts with an offer to get her back. Jeremy would rather kill him and avenge Dani, but the option of having her back is too tempting. Feeling he has no other choice, Jeremy embarks on a journey he doesn't understand to find the answers he is desperate for. The stranger turns out to be a demon who needs valuable information from Jeremy.
A journey of a human, a witch, and a demon that encompasses different worlds and times. More answers lead to more questions. Who is Jeremy? What could he have to offer a demon who's lived for thousands of years? The demon refuses to answer, claiming Jeremy will understand in time. Jeremy begins to doubt that he will ever reunite with Dani, but a deal is a deal, and that's the one promise a demon will never break. That is, if you can trust a demon.
