Leslie Grey is born with a superpower, she has the power to control everything with her mind. It comes in handy when her parents lock her up in her room since she can escape.
Liam Miller is born with a superpower, he can turn an object or a place back in time, it sounds weird, but it comes in handy when he breaks a cup since he can fix it.
To protect their identity, they are told to hide their power from everyone, they're not allowed to let it show, they did a good job, all the way until they're 18, a letter was sent to them, from a spy agency, telling them that the world is in danger, and their superpower is needed to save the world from the DEAD RABBITS- one of the dangerous underground association all the time.
They become "Storm" and "Clock" the name given to them because of their superpower.
Having a superpower isn't necessary when it comes to being a spy, and they both are going to learn that pretty soon.

Of course, that's not what young Desmond Reid thought when his mother sent him on an errand one afternoon to receive some milk from a local grocery store. When he wakes up, he discovers he's been transmitted to a hospital and it's been two weeks since his little episode. Upon his return to reality, however, things change. Wanting to be a superhero and becoming one, are two completely different things. But becoming the opposite? That's way easier. And sometimes it's not on purpose. Fate didn't want me to be a hero. I was a fairly normal girl, growing up in Central City. A city where superheroes and super villains didn't exist... until the particle accelerator exploded. Many people were turned into these metahumans, me being one of them. Likely one of the only changed nine year olds at the time. My parents were both scientists for Star Labs, being two of the many others that died in the blast. Needing to get away, I decided to move to Gotham. A good city to hide in.
