Addison, a 18 year old girl, is home alone when the dead start to walk. What happens when the town junky and his brother drive by her house while she is trying to get away from the dead? Does Merle's brother Daryl like the idea of letting an 18 year old who is small and not so tough, joining them? Not at all. Does he feel the need to protect her? Maybe. But what about that feeling in his gut can he ignore it? I mean he couldn't be possibly attracted to a girl who is 12 years younger than him right? Well I guess you'll find out. It will lead up to finding the group. Also I got the idea of this from another story but i Cannot remember the user or the name of the story so im sorry if anyone gets offended. Story will contain trigger warnings such as sexual things, language, talk of suicide, abuse, self harm I DO NOT OWN ANY CHARACTERS OF THE WALKING DEAD ONLY ADDISON

"Um, Excuse me", I say meekly. He turned in my direction with a blank stare. "Daryl, right?", I asked. His eyebrows lifted in curiosity and looked away saying, "What's it to you?". With my hand out, I introduced myself "Oh I'm Elizabeth". He just looks at my hand and doesn't take it. So I pulled it back and continued "I just wanted to say thank you for the other night with your brother". "Well, Merle can be a real jackass," Daryl becomes friends with a black girl. Forces from both of there families are not in support of them. Could they ignore the hate? I don't own any of the characters except the original characters.
