Addison, a 18 year old girl, is home alone when the dead start to walk. What happens when the town junky and his brother drive by her house while she is trying to get away from the dead? Does Merle's brother Daryl like the idea of letting an 18 year old who is small and not so tough, joining them? Not at all. Does he feel the need to protect her? Maybe. But what about that feeling in his gut can he ignore it? I mean he couldn't be possibly attracted to a girl who is 12 years younger than him right? Well I guess you'll find out.
It will lead up to finding the group. Also I got the idea of this from another story but i Cannot remember the user or the name of the story so im sorry if anyone gets offended.

Kaya was around 23 when this all started which made her 24, or 25. Her only mission was to find her brother, till she met Daryl. As in met the man she fell for completely against her will. She didn't want to fall in love, love meant destructions. But Daryl, he was special; he was like her. Hurt, lost, wronged, and constantly losing people they loved. She couldn't do this alone anymore. She knew it, Daryl knew it too. She wants to find her brother,max. she's been looking for him since they got separated at the start of this. All she knows is that staying at that farm or with that group won't help find him. I'm sorry if the script I ain't the same in the show bc I can't remember what exactly they say AND the stuff mentioned in the story is not to make kaya cute and hurt because that is not what I'm trying to do. rape dose does not make people cute so please don't think that. I just wanted to make her a badass survivor of all that bad stuff so it makes since why shes so stone-cold.
