In a time when the anime and manga industry has collapsed there are only a few books left, even then its a taboo subject . Umi Atsushi lives i the year 2220, his father has already created the time machine and time-pads thought it is illegal to travel through time, only a few members of high society and scientific importance can travel through the ages, with a Time licence. Umi one day comes across one of the few remaining manga collections by a mangaka called Haruka Natsuko, moved by her work Umi researches her and finds that she lived in the year 2020, as he discovers more and more about her he starts to fall for her but as he finds that she dies at a young age, shocked by this news, he remembered his father gave him a time licence for his birthday and wanted to meet the mysterious Mangaka

As  Umi travels back in forth time to change the girls fate he falls more and more in love with her but what consequence lay in wait for Umi ......
