In an alternate Earth, 4000 years ago, There was a wave of unknown cosmic energy that mutated 1 percent of the known universe. due to this, the world is far more advanced in ways that we could only dream. Space-travel is possible between other worlds, creating a relationship between extraterrestrial systems. Mythical creatures exist out in the open. A galactic council that also oversees people with abilities that transcend what it is to be "normal". Thrust into this new world, a 17 year old boy must face his own demons, almost literally. As someone already within a different type of 1% he should fit right in this madness.All Rights Reserved
