When college student Emily Finch discover that she is not as normal as she thought.She find one of the only truth in this confusing new world; All monsters are humans. When she discover(thank to her neighbor) that she is not a unique as she think, and responsibilities and  demands are thrown at her, will she step up the plate or will she try to forget and live a "normal life"?
             
       Jake Sullivan is not your average neighbor. Witt his sneaking out late at night(really using the door of his own apartment) and getting back at wee hours of the morning,  the never healing bruises in his face and the strange friends and "business" partner that visit him in the strangest of times.  He is anything but normal. With his telekinesis abilities and shared vision, Jake is aiming high to get a position of power in the secret agency the rules, disciplines and protects psychic all over the world.
            
        When Jake ends up working with Emily, to stop those who seek to  abuse of their powers. Will they be able to work together? Or will the difference in what they each want drive them apart much less work together?
