10 months before the UA entrance exam. Aizawa is living with her grandmother and her nurse. Their nurse is living with them for 8 years. With that time Aizawa grew his love and the feeling is mutual. They decided to keep it secret and some of the trusted and closest people known it. They're together for 3 years.
His grandmother has only one wish for the both of them and living with a tanning. Her last fight injured her badly that he need to stop hero work for her to live longer. The tanning is 10 years if she follows the instructions and medication. Although the tanning is pretty long her body isn't functioning well like before due to her injuries.
Aizawa and Emiko grant her wish and their life started to go through ups and downs.

Shouta Aizawa takes notice to how his best friend, Hizashi Yamada, seems to be struggling with his past recently. Shortly after he finds out and attempts to grow closer to him like they had been in the past, Hizashi mysteriously disappears without a trace. It looked like he was crying, but he wasn't making any noise. Shouta noticed a burnt smell, concealing a cough. His uncoordinated legs fell out from under him and he crashed back to the ground.
