Shelly Rose (15) is an american girl who is dating a bad boy named Dash Jaxon(17). Her best friends are Jack Dylan Grazer (16) and Emmy Perry (15). Shell is spending so much time with her friends, and that bothers Dash. Jack is crazy in love with Shelly and he really hates Dash. Jack, Emmy and Shelly's mother hate Dash, but girls at least respect she's fine with him. Maybe. Shelly doesn't see that Dash is really bad for her at first, and thinks that things what he does are normal. Because his eighteen birthday is coming, he's going away from Los Angeles.
