Disclaimer: I have to admit, I'm a bit embarrassed! I wrote this when I was 16/17 years old, and reading it now at 22 makes me cringe a little. However, I remember the emotions and thoughts that drove me to write it, and I think it will resonate with young adults around the same age I was when I wrote it.
