They say that she is Satan's spawn and that he himself is afraid of her.
But nobody knows her true goals because nobody has seen through her.

The Reaper Academy adopts and trains children to be that said person. They train them to be assassins.

Amongst them is Valerie Knight. The top student/assassin of The Reaper Academy.

She has been the top assassin for years now. Nobody has been able to displace her from her position. Nobody except a bunch of 5 dared talk to her. She is feared by every fellow student and has been called a monster for as long as she can remember.

But she is not a monster. She's the opposite of it; the only one amidst so many.

It was never her wish to become an assassin. She was forced to. She had no other choice. This was part of the deal. The deal that contained the secret of her tragic past. The secret she wants to know no matter what.
