She was the shy nerd, always had her head stuck in a book, never let her grades fall below and A and could trip over the crack in a sidewalk.

He is pitcher for the high school baseball team, struggled with keeping his grades above a D and was friends with just about everyone he came in contact with.

They have no idea that their lives are about to hit a curveball and neither one of them will be the same after all is said and done. But hey that's baseball for you.
