Who Am I? A Student A Vigilante A Hero

That one fic where All Might doesn't get a chance to tell Izuku about One For All and give it to him, but someone else gives Izuku hope again. So Izuku decides being a vigilante instead of a hero.

I don't really know where this will go, but I've never done this before so that's expected. I'll update when I can, but it probably won't be regular. I'll try not to abandon it, but if I do, there will be a warning. It will also probably only be temporary if it does happen, though.
