A boy by the name of William J Birchwood was born with the Shine, He speaks to a man named Danny who is a Phantom (Oh wait, Do do do he's a phantom). He moves throughout his life alone and sad with the death of his mother hanging around in his head he moves to a Foster Home with the Headmaster a douche and the other children carefree and hopeful to find a home but things take a turn for the worst when the son of Rose the Hat figures out William is alive.
