After the global pandemic, the Philippine government introduced a mandatory vaccine for all citizens-the Theta Vaccine. It was meant to protect the public from the deadly virus that had already claimed countless lives across the world over three years. However, shortly after the rollout, a horrifying zombie outbreak began to spread across the country.

The town of Sitio Bellara, secluded from the rest of the world, had no idea of the chaos unfolding outside. Life was normal-until the high school bus never made it out of the tunnel. That's when they discovered the truth: the town was completely sealed off from the outside world. That's when the nightmare began. The virus had already reached Sitio Bellara and soon, the zombie outbreak would tear through the very town that once felt safe. But the real terror isn't the infection-it's what lies beyond the dome that keeps them all trapped inside.
