When the Goddess Casts Her Spell
He was there everytime I feel alone. He was there when I have nothing much to offer. He was there when I am picking up the shattered pieces of my self.. He was there when I am reaching for my dreams. But when the universe shed it's light and blessed me, When everyone is cheering for me, When everyone is being fascinated with the physical attributes of me, When everyone is praising me, I lost the person who's always whispering sweet encouragement in my ears, I lost the person who's the reason behind my sparkling eyes. I lost the person who fought with me during my silent battles.. Now, I realized that I don't need the cheering of the crowd. I don't need everyone to love me. I don't need everyone's praises while I am on the stage. All I need is this certain person who gave me nothing but bliss. But as I reached for the universe, I lost my lucky star.Complete
Can You See My Heart? (Pontevedra Series #4)
Healing is such a long process to do. You will start to ask why things didn't turn out the way you wanted. You will start to ask when did the things start to go wrong. You will start to ask what will you do to get up and how will you complete yourself again. There are so many questions in life that you will start to seek for answers whenever you are on this process. I, honestly, don't know what happened to my life. I am rich. I have everything that I need in my life. But, why did I end up this way? Why did I end up being the most pathetic and broken person that I've ever known? All I want is just a pure love- a true love. A love that will be with me for the rest of my life. All I want is just that simple thing... But why can't I have it? Love is scary. The first and last time that I experienced it, I broke myself; I lost myself in the midst of loving someone. That's why I told myself that I won't ever take a risk again when it comes to love. I will never love anyone again. I will never open my heart again to anyone. But what if I'll meet the man that will help me to open my heart? The man that will show me how does true love really feels like? Am I going to take risk? Am I going to open my heart for him? Or I'll just keep myself a prisoner of my own past? Can I really trust him? Or he's just another walking nightmare? That's why I asked him if he can see my broken heart?Complete
The Unforgettable Ex (Campbell University Series 1)
The saddest thing in the world is loving someone who used to love you. Yes, I still love him, still thinking about him. His face, his laugh, his love. Pero yung thought na ayaw na niya sa 'yo? It feels like your heart is getting ripped out and stomped on, and then someone is trying to pry open your chest to put it back. It makes your stomach hurt, like it's nauseous. You feel like life isn't even worth living anymore, but you know you can't die, just in case that person wants you back. But what if hindi na? habang buhay ka na lang bang aasa? habang buhay ka na lang bang maghihintay sa kanya? O uumpisahan mo nang kalimutan siya at magmahal ng iba?Complete
Cruising in the Stars (Cielo Gracia Chronicles #1)
Some people are just meant to be despised. Someone has to play that part. It was already dictated from the very beginning. It was written in my palms, and inscribed in my fate. It is like a curse people throw at me. Like a prayer they utter to the heavens and they write on the stars. That's just how the current goes, that's how the river flows. Who am I to dare go against it?Complete
