Trapped in the moment

I held back sharp tears, my heart beat racing as he took me in. After months of trying he could now finally see me. After lonely months we could now finally touch. Lacey and Zach were in an unfortunate car accident one memorable night. Zach made it out alive, Lacey never. Instead she became a ghost, trapped in the moment, watching the people around her suffer and unable to console them. Lacey meets Joshua, a friendly guy who happens to be a ghost. She learns about his terrible past and they become so close and guide each other through this terrible transformation. Joshua swears to help Lacey get back to Zach, and to her family. But that isn't all. Someone's out to get Zach, and she tries to get to the bottom of it. But Lacey is running out of time. She is left with a choice she must make. Go over to the other side with Joshua, where they'll be free forever, or continue to stay on Earth, being nothing more than a ghost, never being able to have what she once had with Zach.
