The Depression colour

This is going to be a diary for my depression and moods swings.

And, for whoever is going to read this and/or has depression, this is for you.

I hope you find strength in the fact that I am going to say the following sentences:

I care for you a lot. and I know that you think I am probably a psychopath and is being hunted, but I am not. I am just like you. A person who is growing up without actually wanting to. Being confused, taking all the information about pretty much everything, like bills to pay, having a social life, doing all of your university work and NOT losing your mind. It's tough and it may get worse before it gets better, but I will be by your side. As always.

I don't mind being texted if you need me. All I want to say is take care of yourself because no one else can do it for you.

You matter.

This is NOT the end. You will emerge stronger than before and will take over the world.
