I had no intention of entering a relationship, nor do I want to get married. Which is why I am wondering how did I end up sitting in front of a strange English woman, drinking afternoon tea at the back garden of a hotel in Mayfair, going through this arrange 'marriage' meeting.
Sandro Balestreri never intended to get married. Besides, finding the right woman was like a needle in a haystack. To him, most women were hell to the soul and are unhealthy distractions. Until he met the odd Tilly McLeod who was not his cup of tea. To him, she looked boring and dry, nor was she able to awaken anything inside him. Which was good in a way as she would not be a distraction. However, he will soon learn that despite his wife being odd, she was not what he thought him to be. He never would've thought that the boring ol' Tilly had psychopathic tendencies...
