A time when some are born with powers but each one who was born with a gifted power was also born with their gifted soul in another. Most gifted and gifted souls meet before the age of six thanks to the goverment tracking each gifted human soul down to keep them alive but some are not always that lucky and find their soul to be long dead or meet later in life.
